This restaurant is a pretty good place if you like ordering food for delivery and receiving it late, cold and completely different from what you ordered. My roommate and I have been customers of this Hibachi Factory location for multiple years and we only keep coming back due to the convenience, being near campus.
That said, this location is pretty consistent in getting orders incorrect (putting mushrooms when you order without, giving the wrong type of rice, etc.) as well as forgetting things like egg rolls/sauces/utensils among others. When you call the store, they just tell you to call next time and tell them to give a free one (which never works because the managers always say there's no record of it.)
The delivery is a completely different situation. If you live in an apartment, expect for them to not find your place. Our most recent delivery, the food took over an hour to arrive. Upon arrival, the delivery guy said we gave him the wrong address and that the building was incorrect. We both gave him the same address, which is the same address that is listed on the sign at the entrance to the apartment complex. He proceeded to argue with us saying that the address being "wrong" is why the food was late. As if that was the reason the food took over an hour to get delivered.
In short, avoid the hassle. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Avoid at all costs. For this reason, the Hibachi Factory will be receiving a Hartford Score of 6/75.
